Site Supervisor

Overview

This position is located in GROVETOWN, GA

 

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining excellent client communication, in addition to managing and performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, and have 1-2+ years’ experience performing relevant office services.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads

Compensation: $17 – $18 USD/hr + bonus

Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: 

• Directs and oversees mailroom activities.
• Ensures the coordinated delivery of all mail to various depts.
• Maintain compliance with client policies, security, and chain of custody requirements.
• Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the site(s) and to lower operating costs.
• Serve as point of contact for client representatives, employees, vendors, and delivery carriers. 
• Manages, trains, and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
• Ensures mailroom is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with workplace safety standards. 

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, have 1-2+ years’ experience performing relevant office services.

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service background preferred; Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
