Want to see more? Shift and Schedule: This is a full time position on Night Shift on the 2-2-3 Rotating 12 hour shift 6:00pm - 6:00am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Performs duties with a safety-first approach Perform line audits with advanced knowledge of production lines Maintain lab testing equipment Understands how to identify defects and discrepancies concerning quality issues and effectively communicate to resolve each problem Prepare reagents and solutions for use in testing procedures Skilled in numerous testing procedures of raw materials, packaging, preparation, and finished products Work without supervision Ensures compliance with company specifications and government regulatory requirements including FDA, GMPs, and HACCP/HARPC Ensures that all product produced meets quality specifications by inspecting sanitation, recipe compliance, labeling, fill weights, and food safety specifications Perform inventory movements in SAP Assist in plant trials Review paperwork for all lines (excluding low acid products) Assist in VMS audits Other duties as assigned by the manager, supervisor, and lead
