OUR ROLE
Are you highly organized, commercially minded and passionate about delivering excellent customer support? As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Nordic wholesale business by ensuring accurate sales operations, maintaining customer and product data, and helping our sales team deliver seamless experience for customers.
In this role, you will work closely with Key Account Managers, customer service, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams across the Nordics. You will be at the center of many business-critical processes, helping ensure smooth execution of agreements, pricing, reporting, and customer support activities.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to the Wholesale Director. The role is full-time and operates in a hybrid working model.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Nordic Sales Team, supporting our wholesale business and key customers across the region.
- Maintain and update customer master data, product information and assortment structures in SAP and other sales systems.
- Manage customer agreements, pricing information, and commercial terms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate new product listings, delistings, and product data updates across customer platforms and databases.
- Support key customers and Key Account Managers with pricing, orders, assortments, and sales-related administration.
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders and deliveries, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports using Power BI, SAP BW, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, supply chain and finance teams to ensure efficient business operations.
- Support sales planning activities, customer presentations, trade fairs, and other commercial projects.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
You are a structured and proactive professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and people. You combine strong analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and sales-related processes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Comfortable working with customer, product, and pricing master data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Finnish. Swedish or Norwegian is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or a related field is preferred.
