- Coordinating cross-functional workstreams by clarifying deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and follow-up actions.
- Supporting M&A pipeline development, target screening, market mapping, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investment committee or board materials.
- Managing diligence trackers, coordinating functional inputs, monitoring timelines, identifying open issues, and supporting follow-up with internal teams and external advisors.
- Supporting post-merger integration and synergy follow-up through value creation plans, integration dashboards, issue escalation, and standardized tools and reporting routines.
- Collecting, validating, and analyzing sustainability data, including avoided emissions, product sustainability impact, carbon reduction opportunities, ESG benchmarking, and external disclosure support.
- Coordinating with divisional and corporate sustainability stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into strategy, portfolio, and transformation discussions.

- Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams, deadlines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables in parallel.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Travel is expected to be limited and project-dependent.
Key Success Factors:
- High standards for the quality, accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of analyses, models, dashboards, reports, and executive materials.
