Senior Business Development Executive(E-Commerce Business)

Senior Business Development – D2C Business Specialist plays a key role in driving growth and optimizing operational strategies for the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. This role focuses on executing both short-term and long-term e-commerce objectives to streamline digital agency operations and internal workflows. The candidate will leverage a holistic service portfolio—including instant messaging, direct messaging, and conversational technology—to enhance sales processes, elevate customer engagement, and expand the D2C market presence. 

What You Will Do

• E-Commerce Strategy Execution: Implement short-term and long-term e-commerce strategy goals to streamline operations across internal teams and digital marketing agency partners.
• D2C Business Expansion: Drive dedicated D2C e-commerce marketing initiatives, identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities within the direct-to-consumer landscape.
• Service Portfolio Optimization: Utilize conversational technology, instant messaging, and direct messaging solutions to improve customer interaction and increase sales conversion rates.
• Agency & Operational Support: Coordinate with partner digital agencies to refine marketing workflows, optimize service offerings, and elevate operational standards.
• Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across D2C channels to continuously optimize business development activities and marketing efforts.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, E-Commerce Strategy, or Digital Agency operations (experience in D2C e-commerce is highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of the D2C e-commerce ecosystem, digital marketing channels, and agency workflows.
• Proven experience with conversational commerce, instant messaging tools, and direct messaging engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
