CDL-A Driver *$5,000 Sign-On Bonus*

The Pay & Perks

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $30.50/hr + overtime after 40 hours
• Safe-driving bonus of up to $3,200 per year
• 1 overnight route/week — no scheduled weekends

• Start earning Paid Time Off (PTO) on your first day, accruing 3 weeks annually. PTO is available for use after 90 days of employment.

The Equipment

• International trucks
• Automatic and manual transmissions
• Daycab tractors
• Dry van trailers in 28', 36', 40' and 48' sizes
• Liftgates and refrigerated units on select routes

The Routes

• Delivery area covers Northern California and Nevada, including the Reno and Carson City areas
• Most routes are in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento area, and Fresno/Visalia area
• Start times generally range from 4:30 AM–7:00 AM
• 1 overnight route per week
• Typical schedule is 4 days per week
• Expect 10–12-hour workdays
• Route variety includes highway miles, rural roads, and busy city driving

The Job

• Drive a tractor-trailer on assigned local/regional routes
• Deliver pet food & supplies inside to independent retailers
• Unload with pallet/hand jacks
• Keep accurate delivery paperwork per state & federal rules

This is a hands-on delivery role. Drivers must be comfortable unloading product, entering and exiting the truck throughout the day, and providing a high level of customer service.

What You Bring

• CDL Class A license + valid DOT Medical Certificate
• 1+ year of CDL driving experience (liftgate experience a plus)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and get in/out of the truck repeatedly
• Solid customer service skills — you're often the only face customers see from us
• Can pass a physical, drug test, background check, and MVR review
