Registered Nurse (RN)

Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As an RN at Arc of Onondaga, you'll advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of the people we support while collaborating with direct-care staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans.
- Monitor medication administration and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration.
- Facilitate and coordinate healthcare services and medical appointments.
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff.
- Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the individuals we support.
- Manage and maintain a consistent caseload.

What We're Looking For

- A degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- The ability to work collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and support staff
