Rental Operations Representative II

Maintain accurate process setup for events and initiatives, to improve consistency and scalability across all markets. Review assigned accounts to ensure accuracy of data in CRM, updating and validating information as needed. Provide proactive account support, follow-up and fast issue resolution to all customers. Assist with market activation efforts, new store openings, and seasonal outreach initiatives, including high-volume data collection. Support QA testing for stores to ensure operational readiness, sharing actionable insights that impact operational decision-making or processes. Audit orders for accuracy while identifying and tracking any trends or anomalies that may impact business Support the parcel reorder process, including monitoring trends for process improvements. 2+ years' experience in customer service or business support Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and format information accurately while following established processes and step-by-step instructions. Strong data-gathering skills, with the ability to navigate complex information sources, evaluate details accurately, and turn findings into clear, reliable business insights. Preferred experience includes exposure to retail systems testing, parcel/shipping workflows, or seasonal event-based operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite High attention to detail in high-volume environments Ability to manage fluctuating workloads volume Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
