We’re looking for a Director – Technology Operations to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide technology services team as we continue to grow. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to our President & CEO, offering visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape how technology supports our business, our clients, and patient data.

In this role, you’ll serve as the technology leader for the organization, ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and resilient. You’ll partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively deliver reliable technology solutions that support our operations and future growth. You will own the technology and information security function for a growing healthcare revenue-cycle global organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who has operated in a HIPAA-regulated environment and wants the opportunity to shape the company's technology strategy, not simply maintain an existing program..
What You’ll Do
As Director of Technology Operations, you will:- Strategically lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Strivant Health’s technology infrastructure
- Serve as the technology lead for multiple AI and automation projects
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technology issues, ensuring timely, effective resolution
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to proactively deliver reliable technology solutions that support our operations and future growth.
- Oversee network design, infrastructure, virtual desktop environments, and end-user technology across service centers
- Guide help desk strategy, SLAs, performance metrics, and third-party vendor partnerships
- Develop and maintain an enterprise information security and risk management program, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Ensure ongoing compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulatory requirements
- Continuously assess security risks, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats—and implement mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and training programs that are practical, repeatable, and effective
- Partner with leadership to align technology investments with business growth and strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For
You’re a technology leader who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving. You bring a service-minded approach, strong judgment, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications include:
Required:
- Prior IT healthcare strategy oversight including team management experience leading technology services and teams distributed across various locations, environments and time zones
- 7+ years of experience in network infrastructure, systems operations, and help desk support within healthcare environments
- 3+ years leading teams, vendors and/or enterprise technology programs
- Significant healthcare experience with strong HIPAA/HITECH knowledge
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud security controls, identity management, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, approachable leadership style
- Passion for continuous improvement, accountability, and supporting organizational growth
Preferred:
- Technical experience with technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft SQL, and virtual desktop infrastructures
- AI/automation implementation or governance experience
- Managing teams in a global environment
- Healthcare RCM experience
- Bachelor's degree, will accept relevant similar leadership experience in healthcare IT role
