We are adding another Onboarding Coordinator who will take part in providing a market-leading candidate onboarding experience.
Work Schedule: Night shift (9pm to 6am PH time)
Work Set up: Onsite in our Makati office

Responsibilities
What you need to do to help us succeed:
- Maintain communication with all new recruits to assist them with the onboarding process, this includes assistance with problems, onboarding questions, etc.
- Audit all incoming offer letters and follow through on all onboarding for new hires, to include: document retrieval/save, I9 verification and e-Verify completion. Understands all HR policies related to I9 completion.
- Launch, monitor and audit all incoming background checks and drug screens.
- Ensure that each piece of onboarding is completed prior to start date of the new hire.
- Update and complete all document requirements for employee folders
- Maintain the hiring tracker and document detailed information
- Communicate new hire information to all concerned departments prior start date ensuring that all details are correct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar is required
- At least a year of experience in US onboarding.
- Experience in PH onboarding is a plus.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to deal with urgent and high volume requests.
- Computer skills required to include the ability to navigate through multiple programs; comfortable with dual screens; basic knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Great data entry and organizational skills
Successful candidate must be willing to report in our Makati office (V Corp Building)
