Description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Procurement Program Manager. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating procurement-related projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and business objectives. The role acts as the central project lead across functions, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and execution excellence. The primary focus is project management and successful delivery of procurement programs.

What you’ll do:
Lead procurement workstreams for manufacturing projects, NPI, localization, supplier transitions, and CAPEX initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk registers, and governance reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
Monitor supplier readiness and support successful project implementation.
Facilitate project review meetings and executive governance forums.
You are:
Strong Project and Program Management capabilities.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or procurement environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments.
