As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The engineer acts as the central point of contact, managing priorities and resolving challenges that arise during the development process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize workflows and improve overall project efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with database management and data migration techniques relevant to CRM platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and effective software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A Any Btech degree is required.
