Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and versatile professional to join our Mortgage team as a Mortgage Support Analyst. This role serves as a key business support partner, helping drive operational excellence, process improvements, project execution, and team effectiveness across the mortgage business line.
This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives while partnering with business leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can take direction, translate ideas into action, and independently drive projects and solutions forward.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from one of the following U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days each week: 1255 Corporate Dr Irving, TX 75038 OR 3751 Airpark Dr Owensboro, KY 42301
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of mortgage or related experience
- Mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, banking operations, or financial services experience
- Strong project coordination or project management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and initiatives
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience leading initiatives or influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience with Power BI, Visio, Copilot, and other business productivity or workflow tools
- Ability to document, analyze, and improve business processes

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
