Job Summary: This role leads sales for Palisades Tahoe's Apex Club, our premium membership program. The Premium Experiences Sales Manager develops qualified high-net-worth prospects, leads a personalized and consultative sales process, and contributes customer and market insight to the broader Sales and Marketing strategy. Success requires strong business development, disciplined pipeline management, concierge-level communication, and a seamless handoff to the Apex Club Operations team after the sale.
Salaried: The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
Base salary range: $70,304 - $93,914 per year

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Execute the annual premium product sales strategy and contribute market, prospect, and customer insights to Sales and Marketing planning.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and select corporate prospects through networking, research, referrals, partnerships, and targeted outreach.
Lead a personalized, consultative sales process from initial engagement through agreement execution and onboarding.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, private tours, and experiences that clearly communicate product value and support conversion.
Create sales strategy and action plans that drive meaningful revenue results for the Resort and achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Stewardship & Handoff
Build trusted prospect relationships and set clear expectations throughout the sales journey.
With a dotted line to Apex Club Operations, complete thoughtful handoffs, including member goals, preferences, expectations, and relevant relationship insights.
Remain an appropriate ambassador for the program and support referrals, member engagement, and renewal efforts without owning the renewal process.
Transition member relationships to Operations cleanly, maintaining a collaborative, guest-centered approach throughout the handoff
Pipeline, Salesforce & Reporting
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete prospect, opportunity, activity, and sales records in Salesforce.
Use Salesforce to manage pipeline progression, document next steps, prioritize opportunities, and support accurate forecasting and reporting.
Monitor lead sources, conversion, sales pace, pipeline health, and market trends; provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Brand Representation
Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns, events, messaging, and lead-generation initiatives for affluent audiences.
Collaborate with Operational teams to support a seamless prospect and onboarding experience.
Provide customer feedback and market intelligence that inform product positioning, experience enhancements, and future strategy.
Represent Palisades Tahoe at private events, luxury showcases, community gatherings, and other high-value networking opportunities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum five years of successful sales experience; luxury, membership, hospitality, destination, real estate, or ski industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to sell complex, high-value products through relationship-based and consultative sales.
- Experience with Salesforce required; proven ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of the Lake Tahoe market and established luxury or community networks preferred.

- Organization and Data Discipline: Proactively prioritizes work, follows through on commitments, and maintains accurate Salesforce records, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Reasoning Ability: Makes sound independent judgments, solves practical problems, and navigates complex situations with limited standardization.
- Collaboration: Builds effective partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Services and executes clear, guest-centered handoffs.
- Travel and a flexible schedule are required.
