We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team.
What You'll Do
- 0.75 FTE. 60 hours bi-weekly
- 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled
- Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
- Clinic Location: Onalaska
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
- Current BLS CPR certification
- LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin
- Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire
What You'll Get
- Starting pay at $19.05 per hour for Certified Hemodialysis Technicians and $24.09 per hour for LPNs, with additional compensation for experience
- Shift differentials: $1.00 for PM shifts, $2.00 for night shifts, and $1.50 for weekends
