About the role
As a Technical Administrator, you will be the operational backbone of our medical device services, ensuring that hospitals and customers receive timely, accurate, and reliable support. Working closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Sales teams, you will help keep essential medical equipment available and performing as expected.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration, customer service, or operational support who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple partners, and making a meaningful difference through exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate device exchanges when equipment issues arise, minimizing disruption for healthcare providers.
- Handle the movement of medical devices between hospitals and warehouses, ensuring equipment is available where needed.
- Support customers and internal teams by providing timely operational assistance, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain accurate databases and records so critical device information is always reliable and accessible.
- Manage data entry and updates within ERP systems and investigate and resolve data discrepancies helping ensure smooth operations and data integrity.
- Partner with Warehouse, Customer Service, Quality teams and third party companies to resolve complaints and improve device reliability.
- Act as a key point of coordination across multiple partners, helping deliver efficient and customer-focused solutions.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in administrative tasks, customer care, operational support, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience handling invoices will be considered an asset.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Biomedical Engineering or similar filed and knowledge of the Hospital dynamics will be an advantage.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- A collaborative and positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
