Description
This is not a dashboard-only BI role. You will help make maintenance, materials and operational processes more reliable, usable and decision-ready — beginning with hands-on ERP/CMMS work. You will improve master-data quality, strengthen equipment and inventory information, and turn process and reporting insights into practical action. For a high-potential candidate, the scope can grow into wider operational-efficiency, workflow and automation initiatives.
Profile for Success
- BTech, BEng or comparable Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Practical ERP or CMMS exposure supporting real business processes and master data; IFS is ideal, while SAP PM/MM, Pragma OnKey and comparable systems are transferable.
- Evidence of improving, validating or governing operational data, processes, reports or workflows — not only producing dashboards.
- Clear process-thinking and problem-solving potential; 1–2 years of relevant experience can be sufficient for the right growth profile.
- Strong Excel and Power BI capability, with examples of reporting that informed an operational decision.
- Comfort working with operational users, supporting process adoption and travelling occasionally to sites.
- Valid Code 8 (or equivalent) driver’s licence.
