You and Your Job
The primary tasks of the FEC CDD Team Lead is to manage the team of CDD analysts who establish, communicate and execute processes for on-boarding and maintaining clients and "other parties" as aligned with AML policies and procedures. The FEC CDD Team Leader will be required to oversee the day to day process of CDD reviews through a complex internal infrastructure that involves many different groups, people, forms, and applications.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring every client file meets Rabobank’s internal KYC policy and procedures requirements. The objective of the Team Leader is to be the Subject Matter Expert for CDD reviews and work with the stakeholders to streamline the onboarding process. The Team Leader is expected to contribute to the strategy and vision of the team. In addition to onboarding clients, the Team Leader will be responsible for people management, assisting the team with projects, UAT Testing of KYC tool, and desktop procedure documentation, reviews and approvals.
Job Responsibilities
· Take a leading and/or guiding role in the strategic approach of a network to be investigated
· Review customer surveys and give substantive feedback to team
· Support the team in planning and executing actions that will reduce the financial crime risks of network-related customers
· Continually develop team skills in the areas of client due diligence such as CIP, CDD, and EDD verification
· Continually seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, quality and control of client data
· Organize trainings for team with the Front Office to improve team’s product knowledge
· Effectively manage Analysts' performance and productivity
· Effectively manage team’s career growth and aspirations
· Co-sponsor training initiatives with Compliance to ensure that policy and processes are communicated effectively and clearly in the organization
· Knowledgeable of the regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act, The USA Patriot Act and OFAC
· Mentor junior team members
· Liaise with Business, Compliance, Static Data, Audit, Sustainability, Fraud, Tax and Legal for client data-related issues

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
