_Drive the future of brand experience in our Mercedes-Benz Studio Los Angeles: We are looking for a Retail Specialist to engage our community, host on-site visitors, and bring automotive innovation to life._

PLEASE NOTE: This is an active, fully in-person role at our Los Angeles studio requiring physical presence at our Beverly Hills Studio (this is not a remote or office-based administrative position).
- Schedule: Standard workdays are Wednesday through Sunday. Flexibility is required, as schedules may adjust slightly to support special evening events or brand activations.
- Terms: Benefits, PTO, and compensation will be discussed during the hiring process. Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).
## WHAT YOU DO
This is an energetic, guest-facing role where no two days are the same. You will spend your day actively engaging visitors, delivering interactive vehicle tours, assisting with event setups, and maintaining immaculate presentation standards throughout our space.
- **Customer Experience:** Represent Mercedes-Benz through high-touch interactions, guiding visitors through our vehicles, interactive exhibits, merchandise area, and premium services.
- **Guest Engagement:** Create personalized customer journeys by welcoming visitors, answering questions about the vehicles, merchandise and general Studio, and resolving inquiries with an exceptional level of hospitality.
- **Studio Operations:** Assist with event execution, oversee daily venue presentation, and ensure the physical space consistently reflects luxury brand standards.
- **Customer Insights:** Capture visitor feedback to help identify new opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.
## WHO YOU ARE
- 1-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, product expert or brand ambassador roles (a background in luxury or automotive environments is a plus)
- Deep passion for the automotive industry, customer service and premium brand experiences
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and guest-first mindset
- Hands-on, confident, and proactive attitude with schedule flexibility for weekend coverage and occasional evening events
- Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
