MANA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Physician Services Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our physicians and advanced practice providers throughout their professional journey with our organization. In this position, you will oversee provider credentialing and recredentialing, coordinate hospital appointments and reappointments, maintain critical provider records, and assist with physician recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. What You'll Do

  • Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing processes in accordance with NCQA standards.
  • Coordinate hospital applications, privileges, and reappointments.
  • Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain provider records, licenses, certifications, and credentialing databases.
  • Prepare and update provider files, CVs, directories, and network information.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance across all provider credentialing activities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and/or job education in specific skill area
  • 2+ years credentialing experience preferred, but not required 
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
