- To act as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner, developing positive relationships to directly support the Director and managers within the Country
- Ensuring that the people plans are aligned with the Country, Overland and Rhenus group HR objectives

- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience within the logistics / freight forwarding sector would be advantageous
- Experience of working within a matrix organisation would be advantageous
- Proven experience in recruitment & onboarding
- Proven experience in people development
- Proven experience in supporting the business with employee engagement initiatives
