Service Advisor

About the role

As Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our workshop. You'll take on the jobs that need real judgement - assessing vehicles, building quotes, upselling where it's genuinely warranted, and seeing each job through to a smooth handover. It's a role where trust and commercial performance go hand in hand.
