About the role
We are looking for a Support Officer Logistics – HR Truck Driver to join the team on a casual basis, responsible for rural deliveries and supporting warehouse and yard operations across the whole business.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be out on the road delivering to rural clients, as well as supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse and yard. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values safety, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time.
Key responsibilities
Safely operate an HR truck to deliver products and machinery, including loading and unloading across all three branches
Use a forklift to safely handle stock and support warehouse and yard operations
Pick, pack, receive, store, and dispatch stock in line with procedures and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Process goods inwards and outwards, assist with stocktakes, and undertake general warehouse and yard duties handling fertilisers, irrigation products and rural supplies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment always
About you
Current HR Truck Licence and full Driver’s Licence
Current Forklift Licence
Experience in load/unloading Machinery will be advantageous however not mandatory
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork, with a customer-focused approach
Experience in warehousing, logistics, or rural merchandise handling (highly regarded), with strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on yard and warehouse work, able to support internal teams and rural clients effectively
