This full‑time position offers a hourly pay rate of $31.26/hr, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes major medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, short‑ and long‑term disability, AD&D coverage, ASPCA pet insurance, a DoorDash discount, 20 days of paid time off per year, 12 paid holidays, and one floating holiday. This role will require opting in to a Union Bargaining agreement with dues.
This Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted and welcoming partner to the Chief Branding & Engagement Officer, providing high-level administrative, operational, and relationship support that helps advance organizational engagement, communication, and leadership priorities. This highly visible role collaborates closely with executive leadership, team members, community partners, and key stakeholders to support strong relationships and ensure a friendly experience across every interaction. Responsibilities include expert inbox and calendar management, creating effective rules and systems to streamline communications and priorities, anticipating needs and proactively managing competing demands, leveraging Microsoft 365 and Excel to organize information and strengthen stakeholder engagement efforts, special projects, and serving as a dependable resource who leads with the values of kindness, joy, appreciation for people and professionalism while supporting the success and effectiveness of a dynamic C-suite leader.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. They are comfortable using technology and business systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Success in this role requires strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a professional, customer-focused approach when interacting with donors, volunteers, and colleagues. This position follows a hybrid schedule with regular in-office collaboration (3-4 days per week) and occasional evening or weekend event support, offering an opportunity to play an important role in strengthening relationships that help drive positive impact throughout the community.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proper use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and telephone etiquette
• Professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and tact
• A minimum of 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative experience, including
1-3 years supporting a senior-level manager or director
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including additional
Microsoft Suite programs such as Teams, Mail Merge
• Strong time management skills
