Summary:
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Representative, a typical day involves driving performance improvements through strategic analysis and identifying financial or operational issues that require attention. The role includes evaluating various aspects of the organization's financial health and providing insights that support decision-making processes. This position demands a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities for enhancement and ensuring the organization s financial stability and growth through continuous monitoring and assessment of key performance indicators.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial planning and analysis processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights clearly.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to financial reporting.
- Skilled in using financial software tools and technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Accounting Hub.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
