Description
We are working with a prominent, sophisticated, full-service law firm, seeking an attorney with at least one year of capital markets experience to join their dynamic Capital Markets team in New York City.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and/or underwriters in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings, registered direct offerings, ATM offerings, PIPE transactions, and/or SPAC IPOs and de-SPACs. Candidates should also have experience with U.S.-China or other international cross border mergers and acquisitions and venture financings, as well as experience listing securities on NASDAQ and/or the NYSE; matters involving SEC, FINRA, and NASDAQ, and/or the NYSE; '33 and '34 Act filings; and corporate governance matters.
Admission to the New York Bar, or the ability to become admitted shortly after hire, is required. The firm seeks candidates with strong academic and transactional credentials, along with excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required.

The target base salary range for this position is $185,000 to $217,500. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors, including class year, years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
