We offer a competitive starting salary of €55,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Programme and Project Management Expertise: Proven consulting experience supporting complex, large-scale TMT initiatives, with strong capabilities in project delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement across technical and business leadership levels.
• Digital Transformation and Operating Model Design: Demonstrated experience in digital strategy, planning, and implementation; ability to assess current-state processes, design target-state solutions, and deliver new operating models that drive operational efficiency.
• Technology Acumen and Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of TMT sector trends, challenges, and emerging technologies (GenAI, cloud operations, RPA, digital infrastructure); comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to staying current with innovation.
• Analytical and Communication Excellence: Strong data-driven problem-solving skills combined with the ability to distil complex insights into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.

What type of work will I be doing?

• Project Delivery & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive work plans across multiple programme management and operations workstreams, delivering high-quality outputs within set deadlines while managing stakeholder engagement from technical to C-suite levels.
• Problem Solving & Strategic Insight: Use industry-specific expertise to solve complex TMT challenges—such as rapid scaling, operational efficiency, and digital transformation—applying creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs and provide tailored, data-driven recommendations leveraging TMT industry knowledge, advanced AI tools, and actionable insights.
• Leadership & Quality Assurance: Oversee the production of client-ready deliverables, own client relationships as needed, and ensure quality standards are met while providing leadership across day-to-day project activities.
• Team Mentoring & Development: Mentor and support junior team members on workstreams and engagements, offering guidance on delivering impactful solutions and cultivating a high-performance team environment.
• Client Relationship Management: Engage senior-level clients confidently and professionally, manage day-to-day interactions and expectations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to foster trusted partnerships.
• Business Development: Leverage your understanding of TMT client needs to support proposal development and business development activities, drawing on best practices and emerging TMT solutions.
