Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Finance Senior Analyst drives financial planning, process excellence, and cost optimization initiatives across S&T Finance. The role provides global exposure and end-to-end ownership of key FP&A processes, partnering with Finance Business Partners, HR, Procurement, Functional Leaders, and senior leaders across sectors to deliver actionable insights, improve efficiency, strengthen data governance, and support AOP, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecast, and monthly financial reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate labor, operating expense, and productivity performance.
- Analyze spending trends, variances, and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare management reporting, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Productivity & Cost Optimization
- Track productivity initiatives, savings delivery, and pipeline development across multiple workstreams.
- Validate productivity assumptions and savings calculations.
- Support benefits allocation methodologies across sectors, functions, and capabilities.
- Maintain productivity tracking tools and reporting dashboards.
Process Excellence & Automation
- Develop and maintain TM1, Power Query, Excel, and data transformation solutions to streamline reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase reporting accuracy.
- Consolidate and transform large data sets from multiple financial and workforce systems.
- Perform ad hoc analyses related to labor costs, productivity, organizational changes, and investment decisions.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English is a must
- Minimum 3years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, or process excellence.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex financial modeling.
- Experience working with planning and reporting systems (TM1, SAP, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.
