Your Role

• Lead and grow SAP consulting teams delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes
• Own strategic customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
• Drive delivery excellence across SAP programmes, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Shape SAP transformation strategies leveraging RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, AI, and automation
• Build consulting capabilities through talent development, mentoring, recruitment, and organisational growth
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, solution shaping, and strategic account growth
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the expansion of SAP services and offerings
• Champion innovation by introducing new SAP technologies, including SAP Joule, Business AI, SAP Build, and cloud-native solutions

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting with a proven track record in leadership roles
• Experience managing consulting teams, delivery organisations, or SAP transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, BTP, or enterprise transformation landscapes
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in delivery management, account development, or P&L responsibility
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
• Passion for developing people, building organisations, and driving innovation
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
