Community Palliative Care Nurse (RGN)
Up to £45,000 per year (pro rata for part-time) | Full Time or Part Time | Day & Night Shifts | Permanent
Must be a driver, due to the nature of the role and travel requirements
Providing palliative care is about far more than delivering clinical treatment - It's about offering reassurance, compassion, and dignity at one of the most important times in a person's life.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a dedicated Community Palliative Care Team, supporting patients with complex palliative and end-of-life care needs. Working across community and hospice settings, you'll deliver expert clinical care while providing emotional support to patients and their families, helping them remain as comfortable and independent as possible.
