• What is the pay potential on this account?

  Drivers average $1,519 weekly ($78,988/year), with top performers pulling in $1,870 weekly ($97,240/year). Mileage rates scale from $0.54 to $0.58 CPM based on experience.

• How many miles do drivers average?

  You will average approximately 2,500 miles per week depending on customer demand.

• What states will I be driving through?

  Routes cover 48 states but exclude the Northeast. Primary states include CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, TX, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, OH, and surrounding regions.

• Is there any driver touch freight?

  No. This is 100% no-touch dry van freight involving a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads/reloads.

• Where is orientation held?

  All newly hired drivers must attend orientation in Colton.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Physical
• Must communicate daily ETA updates for destination scheduling
• First-week paid mentor program required for select experience levels
