Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator I to operate and maintain printing press equipment while producing high-quality work that meets customer requirements and production deadlines. In this role, you will prepare materials, monitor print quality and work closely with the production team to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications, quality standards and company procedures.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure reliable performance.
- Prepare inks for the correct color and consistency.
- Check paper for the correct type, size, color and quantity.
- Check plates for the correct format.
- Inspect printed materials throughout each run to ensure quality.
- Coordinate with the production team to prioritize jobs and adjust the production schedule when deadlines change.
- Follow all safety requirements for the position and equipment.
Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
You Must Have:
• Ability to adjust equipment settings to required tolerances.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical ability.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Ability to regularly remain in a stationary position.
- Ability to continuously operate machinery and handle products, including printed materials.
- Ability to frequently move throughout the facility.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or carry 25 pounds or more.
We Would Also Prefer:
- Ability to work within very close tolerances.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately.
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
