Chantilly, VA (On-Site – 5 Days/Week, Monday–Friday)

Mosaic is a growing interiors distributor supporting builders and designers with cabinetry, tile, lighting, plumbing, and more. With 9 locations and a central servicing center, our success depends on strong purchasing, accurate inventory, and reliable supplier partnerships.
This is a fully on-site, office-based role in Chantilly, VA. This position focuses on purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory planning—it is not a warehouse or physical labor role.
What You’ll Do
- Review purchase orders for accuracy
- Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate product costs and pricing in the ERP system
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve order or supply issues
What Success Looks Like
- Purchase orders are accurate and processed on time
- Supplier communication is proactive and organized
- System data is accurate and reliable
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, operations, or inventory planning
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
