We’re Hiring – Multiple Temporary Inventory Analyst Positions
Knight Aerospace is currently hiring multiple Temporary Inventory Analysts to support our growing operations in San Antonio, TX.
We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals with experience in inventory control, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, ERP systems, and manufacturing or warehouse operations who are ready to contribute in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

The Temporary Inventory Analyst is responsible for supporting accurate and efficient inventory management within our aerospace manufacturing environment. This position will perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, maintain material traceability, support inventory transactions in CETEC ERP, and assist with the organization and control of inventory across warehouse and production areas.
This is a temporary, full-time, position expected to last up to three (3) months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This position is 100% on-site in San Antonio, TX and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of daily cycle count performance.
- Responsible for inventory analysis (CETEC vs Actual) and discrepancy investigation.
- Provide storage and disposition recommendations for slow moving or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure that inventory is properly consolidated and stored for efficient issuance.
- Ensure that inventory has the proper traceability.
- Coordinate inventory adjustments with accounting and ensure transactions are timely.
- Provide support to ensure Return To Stock (RTS) material is properly re-entered into CETEC.
- Assist in the organization and execution of the annual full physical inventory.
General Expectations:
- Control the flow of supplies and equipment, track and analyze inventory maintenance, and develop protocols for loss mitigation.
- Record important documentation in CETEC system and ensure orders are keyed and pulled accurately in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree, preferred.
- Aerospace / Government contract experience preferred.
- Forklift experience, highly preferred.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient user of ERP systems, CETEC preferred.
Work Environment Requirements

- Comfortable in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Minimal travel required.
- Willing to adapt to changing workplace needs
- May be exposed to dust, noise, and other conditions typical of a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- May be required to move between office, production, and warehouse areas as necessary to perform job responsibilities.
