Project & Process Management Co-ordinator
- Coordinate project intake requests and align priorities with team leaders.
- Create, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor team capacity, balance workloads, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage project expectations.
- Provide constructive recommendations and challenge assumptions where appropriate.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly project and resource utilization reports.
- Track resource availability and capacity to support planning.
- Support project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Analyze project performance and operational metrics to drive improvements.
YOU HAVE:
- Graduate or Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in an advertising agency, publication, or similar environment.
- Proven experience working with large, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and project tracking systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
- Experience with online project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
- Knowledge of graphic design, web design, or multimedia design principles is a plus.
