JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Be Doing
Greeting residents and visitors with genuine warmth (and great chat!)
Helping with day-to-day enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check-ins, and move-ins / move-outs, including inspections
Keeping our front-of-house and communal areas clean, safe, and looking sharp
Supporting resident events and helping bring community engagement ideas to life
Administrative support, managing email queries and community inboxes, CRM updates
Assisting with leasing questions and tours for prospective residents
Sharing your best local tips to help residents settle into life in South Melbourne
What You'll Bring
Experience within a customer facing role. Experience in hospitality, retail, front desk / concierge or similar roles highly desirable
A passion for helping people and creating a positive community vibe
Fantastic communication skills and a naturally upbeat, helpful attitude
Confidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
Comfort with occasional physical tasks and safe manual handling
Ability to complete Police and Working With Children checks
