Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of professional experience in operations management within a technology or commerce environment.

  • Experience leading business process integration for acquisitions or large-scale, complex enterprise programs.

  • Experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP Business Objects) with the ability to extract, analyze, and leverage data for high-level decision-making.

  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent, high-priority projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a history of presenting to and advising senior leadership.

  • Strategic approach with a passion for driving operational excellence and "outside-in" customer feedback loops.

  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions or automation projects, either as a practitioner or technical lead.
