The opportunity 

We are looking for you for a position as “Market Innovation Community Manager” (f/m/d) for a duration of 1 year in the “Market Innovation” Team. We are an agile team, based in the “Technology” organization. We shape transition towards sustainable energy systems through agile networks with internal and external stakeholders to support Hitachi Energy’s leading position and to advise with mid- and long-term perspective. We facilitate collaboration across business units and countries on innovation in energy transformation. Further, we represent the company in international and national associations.

How you'll make an impact

  • Leading the organization of our monthly global Market Innovation community meetings across business units and countries.
  • Further developing the Hitachi Energy Internal Market Innovation Portal.
  • Supporting our activities with international and national associations.

Your background

  • Master in Innovation management, International Management, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or energy related studies
  • Basic understanding of energy related topics
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • German language skills at C1 level preferred
