Chapter Lead responsible for defining professional standards and the working methodology within the chapter. Supports the resolution of complex problems and organizational issues that require a high level of expertise. Partners with Squad Leads and internal stakeholders to support chapter excellence, people development, and performance management.
Requirements
- Strong functional expertise within the chapter competence
- Ability to solve complex problems and organizational issues
- Experience with people development, coaching, and feedback
- Ability to work closely with Squad Leads and internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting performance management and development planning
- Ability to support hiring, staffing, and succession planning
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Activities
- Define professional standards and working methodology within the chapter
- Support the resolution of complex problems or organizational issues
- Develop regional people strategy and coach individuals
- Nurture best practices and continuously look for new knowledge and practices
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly feedback with chapter members
- Support chapter members’ performance management and functional goals
- Drive performance improvement programs and applicable disciplinary measures
- Support salary negotiations and promotions through the yearly IPC program
- Create and update employee development goals on a quarterly basis
- Conduct capability assessments and identify skill development initiatives
- Drive the hiring process and ensure chapter staffing and succession pipeline
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Ensure functional coherence through coordination, training, and knowledge sharing
