Job Description:
Gather market information & perform product analyses on assigned products, manage product profitability & monitor financial performance. Assists with development, execution, and tracking of product campaigns by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data. Competencies required include market analysis/research focus, in-depth knowledge of products, a Bachelor degree, & 1-3 years related experience.
The Product Innovation Team exists to invent what's next in banking. We imagine, create, and build the products and experiences that meet our clients’ emerging financial needs, turning insight and ideas into real solutions that drive meaningful growth in revenue and customer engagement across the bank's Retail, Preferred, Business, and Wealth segments.

This Senior Product Specialist role reports to the Head of Product Innovation and helps lead new ideas across the full arc of innovation – from insight and ideation, through solution design and delivery, to a fully formed product that's been tested in the real world and is ready to scale. Our Product Specialists own day-to-day execution of both flash assessments and major, multi-year initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day delivery of customer-centric innovation initiatives, driving work forward across workstreams and supporting our largest, most complex efforts to keep them on schedule and on quality.•
- Partner with lines of business to develop innovative products and features, marketing approaches, and digital experience enhancements for target segments.
- Leverage customer and competitive insights as inputs to ideation and solution-design workshops to organize, size, and prioritize opportunities aligned to segments and audiences.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination across diverse stakeholders to explore, prioritize, and advance opportunities.
- Formalize ideas and service concepts into compelling, profitable, and differentiated value propositions – scoping, measuring benefits and value for customers, completing competitive benchmarking, building the strategic rationale, and developing a go-to-market strategy.
- Measure customer demand and better understand current and emerging client needs by designing and executing tests that deliver learnings and results across various environments.
- Help identify and action ways to improve our approach to innovation and build a more robust, intuitive, and connected innovation ecosystem.
- Increasingly operate as a subject-matter resource on innovation, stepping into more senior end-to-end ownership as experience grows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of one year of relevant experience
- 3-6 years delivering results in financial services, fintech or management consulting, with a proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex workstreams end-to-end.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written); able to concisely summarize key observations, clearly articulate considerations, and propose solutions and next steps.
- Strong ability to collaborate and engage across functions and business lines and build strong working relationships with business partners at all levels of management – someone others want to work with.
- Exhibits a strong drive for results and success, a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes, and routinely exceed expectations.
- Strong passion for technology, industry awareness, and the ability to think big and imagine products and features that help consumers in their everyday digital financial lives.
- Experience leading ideation and innovation processes or working sessions strongly preferred.
