  • Collaborate with clinical, residential, and experiential teams to support student growth and success.
  • Participate in academic planning and team meetings to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

  • License: Montana Teaching License, or eligibility and willingness to obtain licensure.
  • Driver's License: Must hold an active and in good standing driver's license in the State of Montana.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year educational background and/or teaching experience in science, preferably with the adolescent population.
  • Skills: Knowledge of effective instructional and classroom management practices. Strong written and verbal communication. Organizational and task oriented. Flexible and adaptable when working with students who have diverse learning, behavioral, and emotional needs. Basic technology proficiency.
  • Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and federal and state background check in concordance with Montana state laws.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.
  • Paid Parental Leave – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.
  • Life & Disability Coverage – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.
  • 401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.
  • PTO & Holidays – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.
