Duties & responsibilities

Site Operations

o   Support end-to-end event space operationalization, governing top notch hospitality experience

o   Oversee daily operations of the space, ensuring impeccable presentation standards

o   Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown with meticulous attention to detail

o   Conduct regular facility inspections and manage maintenance requirements

o   Implement quality control measures to uphold our premium positioning

o   Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for C-Suite employees at the executive floor employees and their guest.

o   Host and succeed VVIPs and their guest throughout their visit to ensure highest level of hospitality

o   Support with Menu Curation to help plan & support request required by Business Units and ensure requirement are met at high standards

o   Proactively provide feedback to Executive Conference Lead and improve service standards / recovery

o   Support special events managing F&B for C-Suite employees & VVIPs

o   Assist with vendor management to provide first class consumables to enhance space for clients

 

Customer Services

o   Foster Serve as the primary liaison for all client communications and requirements

o   Manage inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

o   Conduct pre-event consultations and create detailed event briefings

o   Handle VIP clients and high-stakes events with discretion and poise

o   Manage multiple events simultaneously at various planning stages

o   Respond swiftly to real-time challenges while maintaining service quality

o   Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners

o   Maintain composure under pressure during peak periods

 

 

Visitor Management

o   Provide personable and seamless visitor registration services for the C-suite and VVIP guests

o   Enhance safety and security of our client’s facility by management of visitor movement.

o   Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.

Manage Vendor Relationships

o   Manage multiple events simultaneously at various planning stages

o   Respond swiftly to real-time challenges while maintaining service quality

o   Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments and external partners

o   Maintain composure under pressure during peak periods

 

 

Candidate Specification

Qualifications 

o   5-years’ experience in Hospitality/ F&B or Tourism sector or related professional area (Must have experience in airlines and hotel industry)

o   Managed high profile management team (e.g., C-suite & VVIPS)

o   Prior experience to manage high network events

o   Task Skills

o   Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

o   Good command of verbal and written English

o   Proactive mindset and ability to manage C-suite and VVIP personnel’s

o   Knowledge of food handling and white glove service skills are essential Execute premium service standards and readiness to meet expectations

o   In-dept knowledge of Wine, Spirits & Beverages (Able to create cocktails)

o   Personal Skills

o   Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver high quality of work

o   High level of communication and interpersonal skills

o   Good Grooming throughout the day to ensure professionalism
