The Security Exceutive will be responsible for managing attendance, billing, and compliance of security personnel across Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. Ensures accurate manpower tracking, invoice validation, BGV/PVC compliance, and statutory adherence while supporting operations and finance with reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Attendance Management: Track daily attendance, resolve discrepancies, and monitor manpower deployment.
• Invoice & Billing: Verify vendor invoices against attendance, ensure billing accuracy, and coordinate with finance/vendors.
• Payroll & Provision: Provide payroll input, support monthly provisions, and ensure data reconciliation,
• BGV / PVC Compliance: Ensure 100% verification of security personnel and maintain records.
• Statutory Compliance: Monitor PF, ESIC, wages, and labor law compliance with proper documentation.
• Documentation & Audit: Maintain employee records and support audits with required data.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with operations, HR, finance, and vendors.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduate (any discipline). 1–2 years of experience (security/facility management preferred).

 

• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance (PF, ESIC, wages).
• Good coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Handles multi-location compliance (Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai)
• Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
