What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong experience in electrification or a solid technical background in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

 

Your Scope:

• Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with global business objectives.
• Define product value propositions and market positioning based on customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Drive business growth across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities and recommending strategic actions.
• Deliver business performance targets through effective demand generation, margin improvement, and portfolio management.
• Partner with Sales to drive customer demand through value-based selling, technical expertise, and effective sales enablement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with company values.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders, and feeder factories to ensure market needs are reflected in product development.
• Ensure compliance with ABB’s Code of Conduct, governance standards, and HSE requirements while promoting a culture of integrity and safety.
