Job Description:
- The Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA's) will be performing therapies, recording the notes of each visit, and following up with their patients.
- The SLPA will be empowered to build their schedule with a Supervisor and maintain it consistently.
- The SLPA will be given the tools (software/program) to facilitate the secretarial needs of their schedules (i.e., confirming appointments), and will be expected to have computer and smartphone literacy for this reason.
- Some traveling can be expected, as we also offer services not only at our offices but at the daycare centers and schools in the surrounding areas.
- The SLPA will meet with their Supervisor at least once a month and work on therapy strategies.
Education/Certificates:
- B.S. in Communications Disorders, or a similar degree.
- License from the State of Florida.
Note: Candidates without a valid license or with no related courses on their resume will not be considered.

- Bilingual (Spanish).

Required Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of working with children.
