岗位职责
* 协助管理粘胶纤维生产线的日常运营，确保生产目标达成。
* 监控生产过程，识别潜在问题并及时解决，以最大限度地减少停机时间。
* 执行并监督质量控制标准和程序，确保产品符合规格要求。
* 协助开发和实施运营效率提升措施，降低成本，提高生产力。
* 指导并培训初级操作员和技术人员，提升团队整体技能水平。
* 确保所有生产活动符合公司安全政策、环境法规和操作规程。
* 准备并提交运营报告，包括生产数据、质量指标和问题分析。
* 与工程、维护和供应链团队紧密合作，优化生产流程和解决跨部门问题。
* 参与新设备安装、调试和现有设备维护计划的制定与执行。
* 根据需要执行其他分配的任务。
任职资格
* 本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化学工程、纺织工程或相关工程专业。
* 至少3年以上粘胶纤维生产或相关化工行业运营经验。
* 熟悉粘胶纤维生产工艺、设备及相关质量控制标准。
* 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速响应生产中的突发情况。
* 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效指导和激励团队成员。
* 熟练掌握Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。
* 具备较强的安全意识和对HSE（健康、安全、环境）体系的理解。
* 能够适应轮班工作制。
* 英语读写能力良好者优先。
