Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite)
Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour
Vacancy Type: Existing Position
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

As our next Junior Engineering Specialist – Co-op (Quality), you’ll be at the forefront of supporting quality and engineering initiatives that drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise in manufacturing engineering principles, data analysis, and problem-solving will be instrumental in improving processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting new and existing product development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment installations, and product development activities.
Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
Provide technical support for tooling, equipment, processes, and product-related issues.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality, operational, safety, and production concerns.
Assist in the development of standardized work instructions and process documentation.
Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality, and EHS requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
