Descrição do Cargo e Atribuições O Líder VSO de OTC atua como arquiteto e orquestrador do fluxo de valor de Order to Cash, sendo o dono absoluto da jornada que vai da entrada do pedido ao recebimento da receita. Ele é responsável por desenhar a arquitetura do processo cross-functional, identificar redundâncias operacionais e alinhar os sistemas corporativos com as diretrizes do negócio. Suas atribuições incluem a definição e monitoramento de SLAs operacionais entre áreas, o direcionamento de iniciativas de automação e a constante identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, liderando a evolução estrutural da cadeia para destravar valor, inovar e garantir que a operação cresça com máxima agilidade.
