Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and supervise Brazil/LATAM suppliers for export to PT global sites, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze the local supply market and align business needs—including commodities, lead times, and quality standards—with GCL and local buyers.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing operations, including RFQs, negotiations, technical clarifications, sample development, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee supplier capacity, buffer stock programs, and lead-time reduction projects to proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Track open purchase orders and performance metrics to ensure seamless delivery and quality for PT global sites.
• Collaborate with SPE/Logistics on supplier development programs and ensure consistent project milestone reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in sourcing or purchasing within international industrial companies, including global sourcing delegation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability for 20% travel and to work on-site in São Paulo/SP.
