- Data Analysis: Analyze commercial and operational data—including pipeline activity, pricing, contract terms, and deal performance—to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other tools to track pipeline health, win rates, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators.
- Data Quality: Monitor data quality and integrity across commercial systems, primarily Salesforce. Identify inconsistencies and support ongoing data-cleanup initiatives.
- Forecasting Support: Assist with compiling, reviewing, and validating data used in annual and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for reporting processes, data workflows, and AI-enabled automations to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend new reporting, analytical, and automation approaches as familiarity with the organization’s systems, data, and processes grows.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- One to three years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or a related area.
- Relevant internship or co-op experience may be considered toward the experience requirement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce and Power BI is preferred.
- Interest in applying AI and automation tools to improve business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
